FP7-INCO Information Day 27th September 2010 University of Technology, Vienna Festival Room, 4, Karlsplatz 13
On the occasion of the newly announced FP7 INCO Calls the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) is organizing an Information Day on 27th September in Vienna to present the calls and to offer networking opportunities. We would like to reach with this event the potential project-proposers as well as interested project partners.
The FP7 INCO Calls are addressing research organisations with interest to:
- reinforce cooperation with Eastern European (Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan) and Mediterranean Countries (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Jordan, Palestinian-administered Areas, Lebanon, Syria)
- cooperate with European Joint Research Institutes hosted in China, Brasil, India, Japan, Russia und USA
- strengthen joint European S&T centres in Third Countries with focus on India
Mr Peter Mayer from EC DG Research will present the INCO calls. In addition, representatives of some Member-States Joint Research Institutes in above mentioned countries (such as CNRS worldwide Joint Units & Joint Labs, Fraunhofer German-Sino Lab for Mobile Communications, Sino-Austrian Biomarker Research Centre, etc.) will present their activities and possibilities for further cooperation.
