Local actors governance capacity building in the ENPI countries
A restricted Call for Proposals has been published. €11.000.000 are available for the purpose of awarding co-financing grants. The overall objective of this project is to promote mutual understanding, dialogue and cooperation between local actors in the EU and in the partner countries of the Neighborhood region (ENPI region) through the provision of capacity building for the modernization and strengthening of local and regional government.
