The target participants were Scientists and administrative officers from Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Libya, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, Syria and Tunisia, whom will support the management of FP projects in their institutions in order to favor the appearance of projects leaders in the MPC. At the end of the seminar, an evaluation survey was fulfilled by the participants.
