During the meeting issues such as the exploration of synergies with other EU policies (e.g. the European Neighbourhood Policy), ideas for cooperation at Programme level, and the creation of a Euro-Mediterranean Research Area were discussed, as well as the preparation of the next Ministerial Conference on Higher Education, Research & Innovation.
