Conference organized by the Spanish Ministry of Research and Innovation and the European Commission, DG RTD, during the Spanish Presidency, dealing with the assesment of Program Regions of Knowledge and Regional Potential ot the CAPACITIES Program of FP7. A section devoted to analyze the International Cooperation actions of Regional Potential, notably toward the Mediterranean Partners Countries and the West Balkan Countries is organized.
